Unfortunately ATItool doesn't t support the 4650 GPU.
Anyone who knows about another utility that measures temperature of the GPU?

If you feel comfortable with dealing with thermal paste and re-assembling heatsinks etc, you should try using a third party heatsink like the Accelero S1 rev2 or similar. Assuming you've got decent airflow in your case, you could run the card passively with such a large efficient heatsink. ;) Great...

Silencing a Asus Radeon 4650
I've bought a new graphics card for my pc, but it's somewhat more noisy than I suspected. The card is a ASUS EAH4650/DI/512MD (Radeon 4650 GPU). It has a small fan and I considered replacing that. Is that possible? Any thoughts on which fan to use instead? The card is sitting in a system with a Core...

Antec Neo HE and Asus P5Q Pro
I've just purchased a Asus P5Q Pro, which I want to use in my old Antec P150 case, which has been running smoothly since february 2006. Now I've put everything together, and it doesn't start. The green standby-LED on the Motherboard is glowing when the power is plugged in. But when I press power on:...

New pc doesn't start; Antec Neo PSU in P150
I've just purchased a Asus P5Q Pro, which I want to use in my old Antec P150 case. And now I've put everything together, and it doesn't start. The PSU doesn't start. No drives or fans spinning. Nothing - silence! I remember that some Antec P150 cases with the 430 watt Neo HE PSU had problems. Could ...

E7400 and Scythe Ninja
Hey...
I consider upgrading my system to an Asus P5Q pro with a Core 2 Duo E7400.
Will my old Scythe Ninja-cooler be sufficient cooling?
(My old system using the Ninja is based on a powerhungry 3.0 GHz P4 with the Prescott-core...)
Thanks in advance.

Old Scythe Ninja on the new Intel Core 2
Hello again This may be a silly question, but... I have a motherboard with the old Pentium 4 (Prescott - LGA 775), cooled with a Scythe Ninja. Can the same Ninja be used on a motherboad with the new Intel Core 2 CPU? It's the same package (LGA775) and is consumes less power, so why not?! Thanks in a...

Fans in parallel?
I have an Antec P150 with one 92 mm intake fan installed. The fan is controlled by the motherboard by the usual 3-pin connector. I want to install an additional intake fan, but there's only one connector on the motherboard (Intel D915GAG). So how do I control the extra fan? Can it be connedted in pa...

Damping material?
This question has probably been asked before, so please - forgive me.
I have an Antec P150 with a lot of empty space. I figured that some damping material could reduce sound and resonance from drives, fans etc.
Which material do I use?
Thanks in advance.

If you don't want to take too big a chance ($$), there's a SPCR-lab-used one for sale - $30. Thanks for the offer, but I live in Denmark. Shippingtime and -cost is a combination that's incompatible with my patience :? Anyway, yesterday I bought a Ninja in the local store, and it works perfectly. No...

Scythe Ninja on this motherboard...
I have an micro-ATX Intel D915GAG motherboard with a 3.0 GHz Pentium (775 package), in a Antec P150 enclosure. I consider buying a Scythe Ninja but... 1; Is it too big for the motherboard? The CPU is located very close to another heatsink. 2; Can it run in passive mode on a 3.0 GHz CPU? You can see ...

P4 Prescott vs. Northwood - difference?
A while ago Intel replaced the old P4 Northwood core with the Prescott core.
As far as I can read, the Prescott is generally known for its power consumption and heat dissipation, rather than performance.
I am right?
Can somebody point me to an comparison between different systems?

Antec P150 PSU question... again
I've just ordered the Antec P150, and then I stumbled upon the posts here! Does the PSU-problems relate to specific motherboards? I have a Intel D915GAG motherboard (3 GHz Pentium 4). Do I need to worry? What's the general opinion: has the PSU-problems been fixed by now? BTW: I just registered here ...
