Well, sorta. You have to have Windows initially to turn the feature on using the software. Once on, I can boot into OSX and the LEDs still work.

v351 is an mATX, has the ports and drive bays on the side, but you'll need an 11.5" shelf.
PC-Q07 is a cubed tower that looks like it will fit on an 8" shelf, but it's miniITX.

Both of those cases are about 11" tall.
