It took some digging to figure it out, the "system fan 2" header offers speed control. I did find some other info that may be of use. The CPU is currently running at 25c/77f and the system temp is 32c/89f, so nice and cool on both. I am feeling more comfortable with the idea of getting a 700 rpm fan...

Don't have a controler, but could get one. I was looking at the Noctua's, would the 700rmp version be sufficient, or should I go with the 1200? There are no fans in this system besides this exaust fan and the one in the PS. CPU & GPU are fanless. The Antec tri-cool in it atm is running at 1200 I thi...

tricool replacement for P150?
The system is running fine with the tricool on low, but that and the PS are the loudest things still in the system. I am planning a Nexus 430 PS, what would be a good fan replacement? Nothing is overclocked, the specs are in my signature. I blocked both fans for a couple minutes, the silence was ast...

SilverStone Nightjar ST45NF Fan-less PSU in Antec Sonata
Is SilverStone Nightjar ST45NF 450W Fan-less PSU workable in an Antec Sonata case? Only fan in the whole system would be the 120mm low speed fan at the back of the case. The system is running fine now with the PS Antec includes, but it's the loudest thing in it. I am not overclocking anything. syste...

quieter replacement for Antec 120 mm tri-cool on low
I have a system in an Antec Sonata Designer case. It is running fairly quietly already, the loudest thing in it is the Antec 120 mm tri-cool exhaust fan at the back, and it is set on low. The only other fan and the entire system is the one in the power supply. More info on my system is in my signatu...

Best completely fanless 8800GT?
There are a few out there now. Which is the best to use in a near fanless system? Using an Antec Sonata Designer case with only the PS fan and the case fan on low speed. CPU is fanless too with a Scythe Ninja. I don't need to overclock anything. If theres something better in the near future I'm inte...

very quiet, low cost gaming system build?
I am working on building a very quiet, low cost gaming system. So far all I've bought is the case, an Antec P150 (I've since seen some of the problems of systems not booting I got a version 3.1 power supply if that tells you anything). Which motherboard and CPU, I'm thinking an AM2 of some sort? I w...
