Even if you don't put a fan at the top, just removing the top center panel and letting it be a vent cools my system nicely. With some tweaking of the fan settings NONE of them run at all unless I am gaming. Even then they are barely audible (and I am a VERY picky/noise sensitive person!)

Well it's all here, assembled, and not booting. The DRAM led is staying on. Pushing and holding the DRAM OK button is supposed to start the light flashing and then start it running test.
