Thanks for the responses. Regarding the video cards, I'd rather stick with ATI since I can upgrade one card at a time whereas nVidia would require me to upgrade two cards at once. I think the highest end ATI card with stock passive cooling is the X1650 series, but that doesn't quite have the perform...

Not just Sony cameras. Recall was for all cameras using specific Sony CCDs, which means pretty much every brand except Kodak and Fuji was affected.Chris Chan wrote:sony camera? They have ccd probs, were recalled.
Also, most manufacturers are repairing this past warranty (they just make Sony pay for it).

A better way to mount a Scythe!
I randomly came across this in another forum. Poster claims it helped reduce loaded temps by 3-6 degrees.
Looks a ton more secure than the plastic pegs (though I'd probably want a backplate added for stability)
