Cheapest complete system for a CentOS home server
I currently have a MicroATX motherboard with a 300w PSU and Athlon 1800+ (I think) and an IDE drive. The system is too loud and I think costing me too much in electricity bills. I have CentOS 5.2 installed on it and run Apache, MySQL, Zimbra, BIND, etc on it and its a small site with very little acc...

Suggestions on the quietest SATA drive I can get for ~$50-60
I am currently using a 2.5" 80GB Hitachi SATA drive and can hardly ever hear it which I like. I need more storage space though, but I don't need anything more than 300, anything more is nice.
Can anyone recommend something that is going to very quiet like this 2.5" drive for around $50-60?

Quieter fans than the stock ones in an Antec Three Hundred?
I have an Antec Three Hundred and use the stock 120mm and 140mm TriCool fans on the slow speed and overall they are fairly quiet.
I have not found the specs for the fans yet, anyone happen to know?
Secondly can anyone recommend something quieter without giving up a lot of CFM?

I am trying to build a very budget but nice system at the same time. I have picked out a power supply and case but am hoping that I might be able to get something cheaper that will do the job. Seagate still the quiet leader?
When I last built a good desktop Seagate was normally the least noisy drive, I love their drives regardless. Is this still the case, what is the standard quiet drive for a SATA drive?

Quietest heatsink for Duron 800
I am trying to build a silent system for a DansGuadian content filter. I was going to go with an EPIA system but a Duron 800MHz machine fell into my hands for free which is nice. I currently have a Thermaltake 0dB PSU that I plan on using but I need something for the CPU. Can I get away with a passi...
