The PSU works quite silently since I installed it yesterday. When getting hotter though, it starts to sound like my vacuum cleaner.

I guess i have to find another solution. The easiest being to power the PSU fan externally directly from the moterboard perhaps. In that way I can use the fans I already have.

The fanmount and brackets works without complaint. No vibrations whatsoever :) What concerns me however is that the fan in the PSU doesn't run until it's getting really hot (the original ran all the time, see first post).
