I have a Gigabyte 8600GTS fanless, and you can actually game on it. It's probably overkill to just run an OS, but it's a nice card.

The Antec Solo is $80, cheaper on sale. The Ninja will sit right in front of the rear exhaust fan, moving some air across it. It comes with drive suspension and door panels.

The Solo is really nice. It also has vertical vents on the bezel, so I don't know what the problem with airflow would be.
