But take a look at the ASRock ALiveNF7G-HDReady . In this thread it's mentioned that the BIOS does allow undervolting, although the degree to which the CPU can be undervolted isn't specified. I do not have pico-PSU-120WI-25V but in the manual they wrote:
"At max load, forced air ventilation is required. For fanless operation and/or high V(In) de-rate the combined output of the 3.3, 5V and 12V rails by ~20-40%. Peak load should not exceed 60 seconds."

My current assumption is that the picoPSU was designed for 120V outlets, and performs horribly with 230V outlets. I will check this assumption using a 230V to 120V converter. IMHO picoPSU has nothing to do with AC, it must be ACDC brick problem.... take some car 12V bulb (20W,50W etc), connect it t...
