What kind of fan?

Cos i am tying to go silent....

also means might need a bigger heatsink for my cpu cos the one on it sucks it is a flimsy tiny crappy one...

I got a celly 466 that i am kinda using as a server but want to run it fanless.. Is this Possible The fan on it seems pretty weak looking.. I also wnat to try to run the PSU without a fan but too many horror stories for me to try that... yet!!!! The mobo is some small gigabyte thing with one pci slo...

I was thinking the 1 ghz via mother board.... I haven't had a look at the piii but is a good idea? the Nemeth core c3's? will also have to have a look into them. I already have the Winfast tv XP card. and it is good enough for what i need. I would like to make a silent pc that i can leave on and not notice it is on... ...
