I'm leaning towards an R5 for my next build.

I'm wondering about SSD placement. I'm thinking I might rather have it in the drive cage than on the back of the case where the 'SSD' slot is. Better airflow, lower temperatures.

Any thoughts on that?

Help me out here... I always wonder why people replace fans.

This comes with two fans, yes, one in the front and one in the back?

Are they not up to the job?

I've had a system in this case for three years now.

Love it to death. No problems with fan noise and it runs cool and quiet.

If I built another rig now I can't think of any other case I'd prefer to this one.

Well, if you weren't so quick to snark, you would have noticed that I used a Corsair USB keyboard and a different key to get into BIOS, telling you that: a) it isn't a Corsair USB keyboard problem b) if the F2 key isn't active during boot, perhaps the delete key is. I hit the Delete key to get into BIOS setup during boot. Works fine with my Corsair USB keyboard. I'm happy for you. But as I said, my keyboard does not 'WAKE UP' until Windows start to load. I can't find it anywhere. All I can find is the 'usb drive' version.

Two things with that:

1) CD's will be readable forever. Don't thumb drives go bad?

2) You can tell your PC to boot from the optical drive in BIOS. Can motherboards now be told to boot from a thumb drive?

An update - weird stuff happening: I just took my case out on the porch to clean it with some compress air. Jeez, it was a mess. Should have done this months ago.
