Re: Poll - Are you Sandy Bridge early adopters affected?

I've got a P8P67 Pro, running like a champ so far. Drives were on the SATA3s at first, but I switched them to the SATA6s while I was installing my belatedly-received Megahalems, cause might as well. It's no real issue for me - I'll keep using this until the new boards come out and then do a quick sw...

Re: Scythe Slipstreams OK for horizontal mounting?

For the record, I've got four Slipstream 800s that have been running for >2 years. No maintenance, no failures, no unusual noises. I also had a 1200 running in an HX620 PSU (horizontal upwards-blowing) for roughly a year before replacing the old fan back (to sell the PSU), and am now using the same ...

At first, I thought the board wasn't really good for much - it's too slow to really watch any videos, the...

SoftLanding, I would love to know about your experiences running a PC on solar. It sounds like a pretty awesome thing to try, and I'm interested to know what it takes to run a mid-power sort of system like you describe, rather than the tiny little systems I see from just doing a google search. :)

Hey, great job! I've always liked the old grey-and-clear-black HP cases, this little one especially. I've been considering building inside one myself, cool to see you had the idea as well :)
