It doesn't change anything.
I guess every time I turn on that laptop connected to that monitor I'll have to set up the large monitor as the only screen.
I suppose everyone is doing this..

Multiple displays problem
I have a 15" laptop and a 27 inch monitor, which is connected to the laptop via HDMI. I never use laptop's monitor, although it's an excellent IPS screen. However, every time I turn on the laptop, I have to setup the multiple display all over again! Display-settings-->use only this monitor, so the l...

http://i.imgur.com/IvFrJSH.jpg 1. Possible solution is blower-type card, but blower-type cards are regularly louder than custom 2-3 fan cards, and slower. 2. Custom cards are more quiet, but they are blocked by the ATX-sized PSU. People report up to 5C increase! 3. If you go for an SFX-sized PSU th...

Quick question about fan splitters
If a MBO has only one 4-pin chassis fan connector, and you want to connect 3 fans to it - 1 120mm and 2 140mm, all PWM, would it be safe and efficient to connect them through this?
The fans would be Silent Wings 3 PWM and the MBO would be Fatal1ty AB350 Gaming-ITX.

Yes, and latest Silent Wings 3 case fans are inaudible at max speed(about 60CFM)
Official fan specs:

Yes, but MSI, for the last few years, is known to have very efficient and quiet cooling solutions for their top GPUs.
Others not so much.

I think there are a couple more to be released yet and that will be it until Volta, but is it safe to say that the Asus one is the quietest one, as it appeared at the beginning?

Tempered glass craziness
If you've been observing technology news for the last 6 months, especially the latest Computex, you must have noticed that practically all cases are tempered glass!
Is tempered glass conducive to sound isolation?
Even if it is I would not want a transparent case, wtf is going on...

I was just looking at some reviews, it seems that KL07 has the best sound insulation ever for a mid-case.
And airflow is excellent too with pre-installed 3 140mm fans.

So, has anyone been able to find 16GB 3000GHZ sticks, that, although not on the official list, are unofficially working?
I also read somewhere that sticks with XMP label are specifically designed for Intel, and are not even supposed to work with AM4 platform.

I was just finishing up composing all the components when I found out that NOCTUA NH-D15S is not compatible with AM4, i.e. Ryzen.
I don't know what to do now, I spent hours looking for a CPU cooler and that was by far the best air cooler for mATX case like Fractal Mini C.
