In that case, would you recommend that I not duct the CPU fan at all or duct the CPU through the rear exhaust (only one rear exhaust in this case; I don't think that another one can be added) and allow the PSU fan to act as a rear case exhaust?

Or do you think that it might be better to duct the CPU fan through the rear exhaust and use the top exhaust for case ventilation?

On second thought, I may duct the CPU fan without using a second exhaust fan. As far as the fan on the NB heatsink goes, my thought was that I would use it only if I had any NB overheating related stability issues.

Of course, I realize that an overclocked PC (I plan on overclocking both the CPU and the video card) with six fans in it will probably not be truly "silent." Realistically, I seek a a fairly fast PC that is also relatively quiet.
