A ZM80A-HP and a ZM-NB32J do fit together on an Abit IC7/G board, the IS7/G had the same layout if I recall correctly, so it should fit those too. You can see some nice pics of them used together here: http://www.avsforum.com/avs-vb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=259673 The Abit forums are at: http://fo...

Sapphire has a passively cooled 9600pro card that should be out any day now. It's listed at Newegg and some other stores for under $200. The performance of the card is about the same as your Ti4400, except that it's a DX9 card. You can see a photo of the card here: http://www.digit-life.com/archive....

Digit-life had some small details about this, I'll paste it here: "Zalman SystemNP Heatpipe HDD passive cooling reduces the HDD heating as well as noise and vibration. The package includes 4 aluminium plates, 10 coppoer tubes, 4 rubber dampers, ground wire and screws. The system is designed for usua...

New Zalman northbridge heatsink & Sapphire R9600pro ulti
Zalman has a new northbridge heatsink on their korean page, the ZM-NB47J. You can see it here: http://www.zalman.co.kr/product/zm-nb47j.htm Digit-life also has a new picture (and seems like they have a possible production model in testing) of the Sapphire Radeon 9600pro Ultimate (passive cooling). Y...

I kind of have the same problem here. I'm trying to choose a good looking case, but there aren't any "perfect" ones that would fit my needs. The closest at the moment is a Coolermaster ATC-710 which is basically a Chieftec chassis with a custom bezel. It looks good (I like cases that look as simple ...

The 9600 and 9600pro might be a bit slower than your ti4600 though. The 9600-series is built on 0.13 microns instead of 0.15 so it runs cooler. If you wait a while, Sapphire should be releasing a 9600pro ultimate edition with a Zalman heatsink (and a 9800pro ultimate, costs a lot though). The heatsi...

First of all, Radeon 9600 non-pro is already passively cooled, so you don't really need the ZM80A-HP, unless you plan on doing some heavy overclocking. I'm not completely sure, but I think you can use the ZM80A-HP with the normal Radeon 9600, it seems to have the mounting holes at least. Also if you...

Both are coming from Sapphire :) They're not linked yet, but if you go to the two URLs below, you can see their product pages already. The media page also has their boxes in larger resolution. http://www.sapphiretech.com/vga/9600proult.asp http://www.sapphiretech.com/vga/9800proult.asp No idea when ...

Seems like Dorothy takes only Paypal (creditcard) and cheque, both of which I'm not comfortable using, especially online. You can get those Papst fans for 8€ less from http://www.only4pro.com (In Finland that is). Only4pro also says they take suggestions on new products to add to their catalog, perh...

From what I have read the overall impression on the fan is that it's quite loud and may emit even more sound after some use. Abit apparently thinks so too, as there's a new revision of the IC7(G) boards coming, check this swedish site for a glimpse of what the new fan looks like: http://www.64bits.s...
