well my case that I have purchased is the 3R Systems Air Case (it looks identical to the Ahanix Dbox). they both come with a 120mm fan in the front and an 80mm in the back BUT it has enough space for a 120mm all you have to do is swap it.... my mates case has a turbo button on it for his fan speed - his fans either run at about 8v and when he pushes turbo button it puts them upto 12v...

I dunno about other cases although I would expect it to be something similar (my mate owns a 3R Systems Neon Light Case)

Maybe wrong but at a guess could your fans be slightly off centre (bad build) or have some dust in the wrong places causing them to occilate (bad spelling) on the wrong angle, or could it be that there is something that the fans are hitting on their way around causing the noise - may need cleaning o...
