The XP-90 (smaller version of the XP-120) has worked wonderfully on my A64 3200+. I would recommend it as well, especially if the XP-120 is too big for your motherboard.

Anyone know of a 865 board that will undervolt? I have a P4M and want a board that'll support voltages as low as the 1.3 ( default ) and have a wide variety of memory multipliers. I have D1 stepping P4M so I'd really like to see what it can do... Any good P4M MBs out there? The Soltek SL-865Pro-FGR...
