sthayashi intel prescott and upcoming CPUS - 100w+ geforce 6800 and upcoming video - 120w+ considering a 300w isn't even "real" 300w (even the best seem to be around 70% efficient), I'd imagine 500w will become pretty much standard issue in the future. that said I'm running a barton with radeon 9800...

maybe i should add the point that you dont need many fans...I only have 3 120mm placed at various points to regulate airflow and a 80mm in the PSU, and everything runs very cool. No acoustic matting etc - and the tower (SLK BQE) is basically inaudiable under the table.
