That looks like the pccooler knockoff with a Silenx fan attached. It'll probably be crap compared to a real 7700 with a nexus fan. That's exactly what I was thinking... You're missing the Alpha Novatech heatsinks as well as the Swiftech AMD64 series of heatsinks, namely the Alpha PAL8150T, the Swiftech MCX64-V and the MCX6400-V.

You probably should consider these heatsinks as well since they're performance seems pretty good...

Yep... You can also check the pictures from TheTechReport and HardwareZoom... Looks like they just upsized the CNPS7000 to a 120mm fan and slapped on a CNPS7700 label.
