I know.. that damn floppy is one ugly mofo.. i'm actually thinking of getting rid of it altogether. I'm not sure I want to buy a can of white vinyl dye just for the floppy.. what are the chances I'll use it again? I actually thought GebissetDK's setup looks pretty hot :) I want that silver lamp! I'...

If you want stylish you could try some of the Lian-Li cases such as the Lian-Li PC-7B , or the Lian-Li V1000+ . Just be warned that these cases don't come cheap, and their silencing ability will not match the P150 straight out of the box. However, add a Seasonic S12 PSU, some Nexus fans, a Sythe Nin...

P150 owners, please post pictures of your setup
We all know the P150 is a quiet case, but does it look good. It may look good by itself but add an LCD display, keyboard and mouse and it starts to lose its appeal because very few peripherals match its look. I've started a thread to debate the matter here http://forums.whirlpool.net.au/forum-replie...

I might have another idea for you. You probally wont need 500gig of data on, all the times. So why dont you get your self a nice 250gig hard drive inside your box. And then get aanother drive inside a external sata enclosure, and only use it when you need it. Dont need the enclosure on all the time...

2 250 Samsung Spinpoints, or 1 500GB WD or Seagate?
2 250 Samsung Spinpoints, or 1 500GB WD or Seagate? Which set up would be more silent? What's the quietest of the large 400-500 HDDs? How loud are these large HDDs? Can anyone who has a 400/500GB Seagate or Western Digital HDD describe the sound. Are they too loud? I'm thinking that I'll just get th...

Thx Crazy Kommando. It would probably do just fine but I'm probably after something a little more minimalistic to match the design of the case, like this one for example: http://www.pccasegear.com/prod597.htm Unfortunately the bright blue lights would piss me off (or maybe the lights could be disabl...

Which fan controller for the P150?
Anyone know a fan controller that would work with the look of the Antec P150 case. A lot of them are black and that would just ruin the whole effect I think.
If you've got a fan controller on your P150 already and have pics please post them.

They're absent from Australia aswell. I'm interested in buying one of these now. If it's gotta come from os then by the time it's here there may be a few more 7900GTs about. So who sells them and how much are they? EDIT. Looks like UK or Germany are the places to buy them. http://www.tekheads.co.uk/...

I don't know about anyone else but I'd be very interested in all temp readings etc. Btw, the VM-102 is supposed to be able to handle up to 70W of heat ( source ). A 7900GT draws 64W ( source ). I...

(which IMO is a piece of junk, by comparison with the fins / heatpipes upper part). The lower piece is only meant to collect the heat not dissipate it. The design of it assumes the PCI slots are closed, as they should be to improve airflow. The sexy copper part above the card is the dissipator, and...

How about moving the camera back a bit Big Pimp Daddy so we can see your whole setup. Looks like a Scythe Ninja CPU heatsink, but from what I can see in that pic it looks like the Ninja and your VM-102 get very close. Any problems with airflow? How quiet? I was thinking I wouldn't be able to buy a 7...

Thx guys, but I've decided to go with the P150 with the built in Antec NeoHE, if only I can get a "fixed" unit that won't clash with my Asus board.
