That's how the first lot of P182 cases were shipped, in P180 boxes. A number of people got them this way.

The Yate Loon M I have is clear frame and blue led.

It's quiet as a case exhaust (vertical) but didn't like to be run in horizontal (psu fan) mode.

I've tried a Coolermaster 120mm Blue LED - it was ok but not in the same league as the quietest fans I've used.

Yate Loon make a D12SM Blue LED which IMO is quite good.

tbh, the best 2.5" don't need an enclosure to be effectively silent inside a case.
