Woodden case design - desktop style

Wanted to get some opinions on this, perhaps some advices from people that have attempted this. Funny thing: i was experimenting with some ideas in my head on how to place components in a DIY wooden case and also came up with this sort of design, probably not the most original of them all. here is a...

poor review IMO :(

another review not silence oriented though :(...complaining about too few molexes, as if those things don't cost 50cents at any store, and as if ppl didn't have at least 1 old psu in their closet.

well my objective is around 2.4ghz...as high as i can get with max 210FSB, i just want high processing power without any fancy memory sticks.
also i was thinking the airflow from the CPU could cool my mobo chipset since i plan to use a abit nf7-s and cut that whiny fan on the chipset.

Barton Mobile + Si-97 + 120mmfan=overkill/problems?

I've been seaching the internet, SPCR, and other forums for good deals on my future setup...which is on a really tight budget. I stumbled upon a good deal on 10 yate loons for 4.06$ each, at tekgems and i was wondering if anyone has tried to mount a 120mm fan on SI-97? i don't really wanna buy a 10$...
