No, it's not. At least my 300W Fortron is currently almost dead (2 years of operation w/ stock fan at 900 RPM) - max output doubtly exeeds 200W

munichkid : I was thinking about unplugging the fans and installing a 92mm fan at 7 volts blowing from the back of the card to the front ( i.e. ram end to video connector end ) .
