@ Chris Chan: I've had the Big Typhoon CPU-cooler and it dissappointed me. although it was the best (read: low-airflow) cooler at the time together with the Thermalright XP-90, the build-quality was kind off a mess. Now-days I know that it's typical for Thermaltake-products. I now use a Ninja, it's ...

Lian-Li is beautiful in quality, but their engineering-ideas are pretty-much the bottom of society.. Why don't they make the PSU cool the HDD's in a seperate chamber - like the P180 from Antec. Some things are good about Lian-Li, but for quietness and engineering-dreams made reality, see...

Hey, I don't know how much drives you've got and the models, But modern drives have got a max. operating temp. of 55 degrees centigrade. Obviously that is the very highest. I've got a Seasonic S-12 430 spinning in the lower chamber, Which keeps my Hitachi T7K250 under 47 at load with ambient tempera...

Nice thing it is. I like the absurd heatsink! I don't like the looks though. I'm not a fan of perforated metal. Although it's by far the best looking wooden case I've seen, it quite doesn't match the closed (read: dustfree) look of the P180. Still good engineering here, congratulations!! (I'm ...

Hi - I've got a recommendation on your Tt Ruby Orb or whatever it's name :) I've had the Big Typhoon - not bad, not even at low speed, but hell the Ninja is the best! And in the Nehterlands at 35 euro not expensive :D  I don't recommend Tt - very bad machining of their products, they could ha...

Lame - Antec P180 copy-paste from Lian Li :-|
Check this out...
http://www.overclockercafe.com/Reviews/ ... 10/pg4.htm
Very sad that it isn't looking better than the Antec. Also the Antec is more promising in airflow/noise-reduction
(random thought about Lian-Li: "You suck soo hard!!")

Hey, I was a Centurion 5-owner once.. Then I got myself the P180. Noise-wise there is no discussion possible - the coolermaster really sucks there. Easy resonance, open front and a hard-mounted HDD-cage are a real trouble. Also it lets in a great amount of dust. MUCH more then my P180 now (even thou...

Actually I think this is just another rumour, it IS the Inquirer. I don't believe nVidia wants to power their own cards - it'll come down to smaller benefit. And powersupplies are better anyway - in efficiency maybe/maybe not; but in space and practiveness, they are. Personally I really think extern...

Lian Li- Aluminum potential of silence?
Hey guys - Just curiosity, but how about a 2-fan cooled setup using the Lian Li's G70? (also for new builds) (for pictures/review) http://www.xyzcomputing.com/index.php?option=content&task=view&id=783&Itemid=0&limit=1&limitstart=3 This case has got a PSU right above the CPU maybe a XP120 or a even a...

Passive high-end: XFX GeForce7950GS/T
I came across this:
XFX is going to bring passive stuff at high end..
Really attractive for gamers who don't want an extra fan in their case.
I thought this plays near the 7900GTX in performance.
And out of experience I can tell that XFX-cards overclock pretty good.

I don't really know, but I thought the 380 and 330 were in the same league...then there's the 430 with improved heatsinks and at last there are the high-end-models.. And does it really save that much money? 330 was in netherlands 55-60 euro the 430 costs 70 euro.. I think the money is worth it in an...

I can give it you that the galaxy als o has got this (also outfitted with the same 8...
