Did you try to flash your BIOS? I saw a few motherboards that had problems with Cool'n'Quiet and ACPI until the BIOS was flashed... Give it a try, but make sure you pick the CORRECT BIOS image file... But before you try that, make sure that: ACPI 2.0 support (if present) is enabled in your BIOS Cool...
