Yeah, it's already been available here for a few weeks too, nice value against the X2 3800+ EE if the 65W matters to you, if it doesn't, the X2 3800+ is definitly the better choice.

In any case, it's an official statement from the fabguys themselves, so I don't think there's much to be questioned about it.

First generation 65nm should be available by december.
I don't recall seeing usable projections on the second generation with the new transistordesign, so no idea on that I'm afraid.

There's just one thing remaining I'm wondering about: IDE cables. Anything particular to note about getting an IDE cable up into the upper compartment ? As a seperate hole for such cable seems to be lacking, I was wondering if any users with this case ran into specific problems, or have some pointer...
