I live in a shed in the back of a drunks house. And have two torn discs in my back which has driven me out my crappy minimum wage job. So no, I do not think it is unethical. Some people have it better, plain and simple.

Partition HardDrive for best performance?

I am getting a new Samsung hd501lj. I will have only XP installed for now. I will be using this computer mainly for gaming. I might have some mp3's but seeing as they aren't a priority I was wondering if I could partition the hard drive to put the games and OS at the outer layer and the excess stora...

I finished it. I just need to make some type of holder for the fan because it is mounted outside the case. My circle looks pretty good if I do say so myself. I bought some 1/4" chicken wire because the stock grill is kinda constrictive. Im still trying to figure out how I want to use it. Dremels are...

I started. I cut out the rear fan hole, I want to add some modder's mesh <or equivalent> to replace it. It looks really good. Its a perfect square and I only cut myself once! Now All I have to do is good at cutting large circles.

Any suggestions on cutting a side fan hole?

Ive ordered all the parts and my power works 250mm fan has arrived first. I am going to Wal-mart today to get my dremel and cut the hole for the fan. I will have to mount it outside of the case as my 120 Ultra X won't fit with the 30mm fan mounted inside the case. Ive never dremeled before, so if yo...

Mainly this has come about because I am building a new computer and also getting a htib soon. I was trying to cut cost by eliminating the need for another set of speakers. The TV will still be used to watch movies, and the onkyo htib will provided the sound. Then I want to be able to switch and list...

Ive read that you can only get 2.1 audio out of that card? Is this true. I wanted to get 5.1 surround for gaming, and be able to watch movies on my tv by switching buttons on the remote or something.

How do I hook up HTIB to computer

I was thinking of getting an onkyo Home theater in Box system and using it as my new computer speakers. Will I have to do anything special or have any converters or special sound cards to make this work? Will I be able to get 5.1 on the computer with them? I would like to have them hooked up where I...

So what would you recommend for a gaming card under $50.???
I guess it has to be creative, I will probably be using logitech z530's, and sometimes headphones. I listen to music, but I mainly want it for games.

Why the X2? Right now intel is on top. A e4300 lightly overclocked will cream anything that AMD has out right now, and they will soon drop in price to $113. Also 4 harddrives are going to be loud. Looking for company that builds cases based on your design

Someone linked a company a while back that lets you design your own case and they build it for you. I cant find it now, Ive done tons of searchs for it. I was thinking more of a case 12"x12"x8" and cut the corner off of a 250mm to make a blower out it. Then mount it inside the case, but the case doesnt have holes on the side, only on the back. It sucks the air from the inside and shoots it out the back.

Hey I was thinking last night, what if you made a 250mm fan into a blower like you did with the 120mm fan and mounted it on the side or a case without a 250mm hole. So you are using it as an exhaust but its a blower so it pushes the air out the back. What do you think?
