I am overclocking mildly and using CnQ. With my DFI, you have to leave Vcore at "Auto" so that CnQ can alter voltages, but you can use Vcore special control to raise the voltage by percentages (+4%, +10%, ... up to +23% or so). This percentage applies to any change CnQ makes. I am running at 240x10 ...

What's the big deal? It isn't hard to modify a NB47J to fit under a VGA, or to move the VGA to the other PCIe 16x slot (running at 8x). The performance difference between 8x and 16x is truly negligible (at least with my 6800GT).

The fact that your temperatures are better probably means you got a thinner (better) layer. That sounds like AS5's preferred spreading technique for a GPU.

Those temps are not too different than what I see with my 6800GT at Ultra speeds. It idles at ~55C and at load (RTHDRIBL) will go up to ~72C. It usually stays under 70C though. You can modify your NB47J so it fits. That should be easier than what some of us had to contend with on the DFI nF4 boards. Here is my modified NB47J with a 6800GT + VF700 above it.

Where do you see such a big price difference? I'm used to seeing them much closer in price (maybe USD 10-30 different).
