The BE-2400 is the new G2 stepping that is used in the Black Edition 5200+ CPU's. Lots of reports of 3.5ghz+ on air cooling for the BE.

Theres a good chance you can custom undervolt and still overclock it a fair bit.

AMD is also touting low power consumption of the RS780 chipset reaching only a mere ~1.2W on idle and has ability to shutdown the discrete graphics when GPU load is low.

1 out of the 4 Shuttle SK22G2v2 has coil wine, but only when running the onboard graphics at 1024x768 or 640x480. Every other resolution is fine and none of the other 3 have the problem.

I removed the middle fan and blocked the vents in my P180 with Corsair 520w. The HD temps dropped 4c in summer from 58c to 54c.
