The BE-2400 is the new G2 stepping that is used in the Black Edition 5200+ CPU's. Lots of reports of 3.5ghz+ on air cooling for the BE.

Theres a good chance you can custom undervolt and still overclock it a fair bit.

I just built a PC in a Sonata III for a friend. The case itself is ok, but it does let alot of sound out and the powersupply is loud (well for SPCR standards).
