I have a 36 Rappy suspended. Much quieter than most drives. If you suspend a Raptor it is virtually inaudible. During seek times it can barely be heard. I'm sure the 74 is probably silent.

I'd be careful on a passive card. I've had 3 of these type of cases, 2 Qpack and 1 MicroFly, and the vid card area tends to get really warm.

# is crazy - all boards support memory! lol ;)

I would say stay away from Asus and Junkabyte. Terrible RMA.

Try the new DFI 965 but I dunno abut fan control. Abit has the new matx out.

I would keep the Zalman and see how well it odes. Will you OC? If not you can probably undervolt it a bit.

I like the Thermalright HR01... Fanless or hook up to the back of the Read fan... wait it's 80mm... bleh...

Thermalright has a few new fans coming out. Always Thermy FTW

Kind of the idea I was thinking on my case. I'm resting a Mystique on the side and let hot air rise to a vmodded 120mm out.

These big fans are retarded. I had one and it really messed up the air flow and actually increased cpu temp. I then tried passive and didn't really work. It was an experiment on a 805d though.

360!!! lol

I do have the drives suspended, along a Raptor, and they are very silent. Barely hear the seeks on the Rap btw. The Wd at idle had a humming sound. Was the lo...

I have drives suspended so that could be why they are quiet even on seek.

I have a Seagate 400GB .10 and I can't hear it. I could barely hear my Raptor on seeks. Barely.
