My thermaltake was supposed to be very quiet (they said that it emitted 19 decibels) and it sounded like a lawn mower. Thermaltakes are not worth the money you'll save going with them. Not to mention the little tiny particles (i.e. dirt and algae) would build up inside the water blocks and various tubing. A better idea would be to put the radiator in the stream. If nuclear power plants can do it, we can too.

Yeah but assuming that they are currently using a 130nm process (which I doubt), they could use a 90nm or 65nm process to shrink the die size of a 16MB chip to that of an 8MB chip on the current process.
