is it hard to change stock hsf to a thermalright slk948u?

I was wondering how easy or hard it is to take the existing hsf off the cpu and put on the new hsf?

I just bought a athlon64 cpu and mobo combo that had the hsf preassembled? I was wonder if it will be hard to replace it with my thermalright slk-948u?

Evercase 4252 or 4292? are they same with different fronts?

are they the same as relative to noise? is one better than the other or are they constructed the same with just different front bezel designs?

if you go to zalmanusa.com - under each fan there is a mobo compatible list

it looks like it will fit on that mobo - in most cases ps won't be a matter if the hsf will fit or not
