Post by mattek » Tue May 17, 2005 2:44 pm

Look what I found:
http://www.antec.com/us/productDetails.php?ProdID=81800

The P180 might be out sooner than we think.

It can't be out sooner than we think, because most people thought it would out by now.

But just in case you thought it was never going to come out, it will come sooner. :)

And I have a feeling that the P180 will be a hotly anticipated review. One of the few things that I'm certain about is that no matter how good or bad the case actually is, an SPCR review WILL be published. 8)

The reviewers (at least some of them) are probably itching to find out how good (or not) this case is. Let's hope Antec gets them a sample to review as soon as possible (if it is not in MikeC's lab already).

Just in case anyone hasn't noticed, Antec P180 in Froogle yields many out of stock results, BUT the one for BLT shows 15 incoming, due at the end of this month. I would get one, but I am waiting/deciding on FX-57 or X2... ;P

OK you guys, own up. Who ordered one already? :-)

I'm waiting for the review first.

I haven't ordered yet but I'll probably end up getting at least two.

Damn my inadequate Student wage!!

I wonder if Antec will do a smaller version?
I like the design of the P180 but i'm concerend that it won't fit under my desk.
Currently my Antec Plusview (with its pretty blue glow) is only about 10cm away from touching my desk.....

The desk comes second. Get a hacksaw if you need to.

We live in the age of instant gratification.
3 minute readymeals, Pentium 4 processors and you want me to use a hacksaw?

Now where did i leave that chainsaw?

She's a Beauty!
Perfect for sawing off limbs...cough!...cough! ...i... mean....branches!...
Yeah, covered that pretty well!

Still better not start cutting things until I actually have the case. The desk is much more useful with four legs...

Called Shopblt yesterday and was told they will not be in until the 15th. Techonweb.com has the same case backordered for $115 with $13 shipping to CT. That puts it at $128 shipped. They have pretty good resellerrating score too. Thinking about it. Wonder whether the price will go up or down once this case is released (hopefully this year).
