Well i just complete my new system and it's running great.
I got a
Lian Li V1200B case
AMD 64 3200+
Seasonic S12-430W PSW
MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum nForce4
Cosair 1 GB PC 3200
ATI Radeon x800XL
Sound Blaster Audigy 2
1 80gig sata drive
1 120 gig ide drive
I just wanted to check with you guys to make sure that the temps and voltages are running correctly. I'm using the Cool N' Quiet application that came with my motherboard.
Vcore = 1.07V
3.3V = 3.26V
+5V = 5.05V
+12V = 12.08V
CPU Temp = 32C
Case Temp = 32C
NB Temp = N/A
CPU Fan Speed = 697 rpm
NB Fan Speed = 8035 rpm
What does the NB stand for anyways?
Also, my motherboard came with 2 ethernet ports...anyone know why?
Thanks
finishing build my computer...have a few questions

NB = "north bridge" = nF4 chip in this case.
You might try to run the cpu-z application (or similar), allowing you to verify that the multiplier is dropping down to 5 when CnQ kicks in. Your Vcore is definitely dropping to 1.1 from the normal 1.4.
Of course motherboard temperatures vary widely. My overclocked 3500+ (240x10) idles at about 21C in the case, with ambient of about 16C. I don't know that my absolute temps can be trusted. My F@H full load temp is 38-40C for comparison. Full load case temp is 24C with a fairly trustworthy temperature probe. Idle case temp is 21C.
I was all excited to get CnQ working and idling cool until I starting folding 24/7. Now it is completely irrelevant.

I'm no expert, but those temps and volt ratings look pretty dam good to me. NB is the North Bridge, a little chip that takes care of USB, SATA, Sound and things like that.
From a noise perspective you might want to look at the NB fan as 8000rpm is huge . There are posts around that should give you an idea of what can be done with it.
As for 2 LAN sockets, not too sure. I guess you can never have too many.

MBM5 is no more updated by its author, he stopped improving it...
You can use a few softwares made by MSI to check your fan and temperatire status... I don't use them (I have an Asus board) but since they are made by MSI, they're supposed to work good with your board... MSI PC Alert 4 is very recent (March 2, 2005).

MSI PC Alert 4
Version 4.0.7.5, Windows 98SE/ME/2000/XP, 2.352MB, 2005-3-2
The utility is just like your PC doctor that can detect the following PC hardware status during real time operation:
• monitor CPU & system temperatures
• monitor fan speed(s)
• monitor system voltage
• monitor chassis intrusion
Your motherboard comes with dual GigaLAN (1000BASE-T) support from Marvell and a built-in IEEE 802.3 NVIDIA MAC. If you want to know how fast they operate on your system, you can use MSI i-Speeder...MSI Core Center
Version 1.7.3.0, All Windows, 1.944MB, 2005-1-7
• MSI Hardware monitor & overclocking & fan speed control tool
MSI i-Speeder
Version 1.2, All Windows, 774KB, 2004-11-19
• Display Network Connection Speed
• Speed up Cable Modems & xDSL
• Correct Host Timer through Internet
