So who Exactly won the Silent Pc Review Contest
just give a lil shout of if you won something and lets here how you like your gift from this cool website
I got the Acusti-mat standard. Arrived this morning and man this stuff is heavy! I used pax.mate before and I can tell you the two bear very little similarity.
I've not had a chance to fit it yet but just holding the stuff in front of the case gives encouraging results. My case does have a few holes though, so I'm not 100% sure how silence-able it is through damping.

I won the Seasonic 300W PS. I have yet to install it, as my signature indicates. I will post when I do. I have taken the time to zip tie all the cables neatly in preparation.
One reason I have not done it yet is the fan. I was going to swap the P80L from my current supply, but the Seasonic has provisions for fan sense. Do any Panaflo fans have the third wire? What is the next best fan that does have 3 wires?
Anyway, thanks to MikeC and Seasonic for this nice piece!

Seasonic fan swap: Panaflo M -- http://www.so-trickcomputers.com/Mercha ... ry_Code=FF
These HAVE rpm sensing for sure. The M has close the same max airflow as the stock fan so it is a safer swap, if you're going to do one. You should know that because the fan will probably run below ~1000 rpm, the mobo circuit won't register anyway. Under 1500 rpm, they all flake out.
