A floppy drive - how quaint!
You might want to consider an electric blower. That gas model might give you some problems with CO

I bet it shoots floppies out the front when you rev up that cooler.

I think if you undervolt the blower it could be near silent...

I'd suggest PWM. Looks like the minimum starting voltage of the blower could end up being an issue otherwise.
