Antec aria owners can you easily change the 120mm fan?

Ive just sold my wavemaster and i have an Aria on the way, im just wondering, can i change the 120mm fan supplied? is it actually encased in the psu or is it mounted to the case?

One thing i hate is fans that change there pitch as heat increases, id rather a 120mm fan of my choosing at 7-9v at least the noise would be constant!

It's in the power supply.
