anyone have an opinion on this EATX case? it looks vaguely like a giant Coolcases D8000 on the inside, but the outside resembles a Chieftec or ChenMing case.

Sorta does look like an LX-6A19 inside. And they know how to spell 'aluminium'. Really does remind me of a Chenming though. iStar make server stuff, replace the fan because it's bound to be loud.

Bought one and answered my own question. The frame is solid, has a fairly open rear fan grill, has rubber-mount HDD trays and a decent quality motheroard tray. But the bezel is crap......cheap bendy plastic, a NON-REMOVABLE foam filter sandwiched between a restrictive plastic grill and a piece of wire mesh with holes so fine and restrictive it might as well be a filter too. Don't bother with this case unless you have the skills to cut out the plastic grill and replace the restrictive mesh with modder's mesh or an equivalent.
