I really want an overture but am i being stupid?

I really like the look of the overture and as i have a black 18" tft i think it would match my setup really well. Currently i have an slk3700bqe.

The hard ware would be, a 3.0c p4 with a zalman 7000 Cu, Asus p4p800, Rad9800 with artic cooler(nb as this is an extra exhaust) and a 120gig sata hd with a few pci cards.

Now id plan to reverse the psu fan in the overture to have it exhaust and have the 92mm as an intake, in addition all the vga heat will be exhausted by the artic cooler.

In my opinion with the set up as it is above the overture shouldnt cause overheating problems? Am i misguided?

In the slk3700 i can oc the cpu to 3.5ghz (1.5875v) will i still be abl;e to get the same type of clock in the overture?

Suggestions welcome

You might want to search the forums for Overture posts but I seem to recall that most people have heat issues with the Overture. It's a pretty poorly vented case.
