i am thinking of cutting out the grill - but not sure how i want to - or which fan i want to use - at the moment i have a 120mm fan coming in the mail - i have 80 92 and 120 fans available - i thinking they will all be quiet at 5volts though - so was just wondering how you would cut grill

Well, I'd suspect it would look something like this:

I used needlenose pliers to cut out the guard on this case, but I held the pliers a bit too tight, so my thumb hurt for a few days afterwards. It's still good if you don't feel like getting a better tool.

I ripped out the 80mm first, and I may rip out more of it later.

If you rip out too much, you can always fix it with duct tape.
