New mATX case: Silverstone LC-11

Post by daba » Tue Jan 04, 2005 10:22 pm

Has any had any experience with these cases? They seem to be marvellously built, and quite fashionable:

As per SilverStone tradition, which has been in existence for only a year or so, any PCI/AGP cards are mounted in parallel with the motherboard, while the motherboard itself is mounted on the roof of the case.

This new competitor is a welcome challenge to Antec's Aria in the micro-ATX world of computing.

Experiences or comments anyone?

Beautiful, yes. But I can't use it, the upside down design together with riser cards would put my Zalman video cooler in a non workable position, and I'm still not sure that it would fit physically anyway.

I'm still into making my own case, but things turn sloow here, mostly because I don't know which mobo to use. I guess I'll wait for the A64E and see how good it is, and no, I wont wait forever... :? :D
