I haven't tried any foldable keyboard myself but I suppose the keystrokes wont be heard on those. There's a lot of recommendations of quiet keyboards in this extensive thread -> Recommend a Silent Mouse and Keyboard?.

Reposting the same thread in 2 different forums isn't allowed on SPCR. FYI.

The "SPCR...in a nutshell" sticky in the Newcomers forum has a list of pretty much every keyboard reputed to be quiet.
