Case to fit 8800GTX + 6 SATA Drives
Title says it all,
Need a case that will fit the GTX and 6 sata drives, stay cool enough to overclock.

The Antec P180B is the usual recommendation for a quiet, easy-to-cool large mid-tower. It has the six internal HDD bays you need, and Newegg has it crazy cheap this weekend ($80 after rebates).

Hmm, I didn't realize that. Yeah, apparently it fits great but you can't put a drive in the slot in the upper hard drive bay opposing it. The upper bay holds 2 of the 6 possible drives.
Couldn't you get around that by removing the upper drive cage so the 8800GTX fit, then using some kind of adapter kit (random cheap example) and mounting a couple of the drives in 5.25" bays? You'd still have two bays left for optical drives.

Way Pricey!
Can anyone offer advice, thoughts on the following:
SILVERSTONE TEMJIN SST-TJ06S
XCLIO A380PLUS
GIGABYTE 3D Aurora 570
XCLIO Windtunnel
I think most people think when you ask this kind of question here, they assume you want quiet components...but based on the options you listed, it makes me think your not too concerned with noise. So in that case, I would go with the Silverstone. But really, it's all about personal preference, I would choose the Silverstone based purely on the lower "bling" factor. But if you like that sort of thing, I guess you'd probably prefer one of the others.kingfetty wrote:thejamppa wrote:Coolermaster Stacker. I have the P180b, and I have room for 7 HDDs & I have a 8800GTX installed. I have room to install a second GTX for SLI if I wanted to.
Another option would be to look at cases like the Antec Titan

Or some of the cases from California PC Products

The latter's products aren't fancy but do lend themselves to easy customizing.
