Please help me pick out three cooling solutions

I would like
A 92mm case fan
A GPU cooler for a 6600gt
A CPU cooler that's more quiet than the stock 3500+ Venice PIB cooler

What do you think I should I buy?
I use this machine daily, and it's a bit loud right now.

For the GPU, Accelero S1, best option and you can run it without attaching fans safely.

CPU cooler, perhaps a Ninja Mini? Don't know your pricerange but the Thermalright Ultra Extreme 120 would be the best, but perhaps a bit overkill for such a processor.

92mm fans i have never used, so i wouldn't know.
