Im going to add that im back after 1900km of driving, 150+ litres of petrol, a lot of alcohol and crappy music and few new friends(who just happen to be pretty girls).

Too bad the day i decided to get some video footage was the last one and it happened to be the worst skiing weather of the week, not bad but no chance of getting any real speed. So the video i quite boring with no speed and it doesn't even contain any of my spectacular crashes. I ski with one of these

Pics or it didn't happen.

I'm listening to the uni library fill up. It's kind of scary, it opened 15 minutes ago (it's 8:15 here) and it's already over half full.

The only evidence i have is a few minutes of video from the slopes... But one of the girls sings in a band and works for LEGO, and the other one works as a substitute teacher and is a member of this synchronized skating team. That's just too absurd not to be true, right?

Im not really listening to anything, im going to jump in my car now and go buy a phone that works(=not a motorola) and some food :P

Edit: I just stumbled upon an old note i wrote and looked it up on youtube, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C91iV8gQb1U

I bought Nokia 6060 in black for 85€. A long itme since my last Nokia.. The expensive Sony Ericssons are my favorite phones, but i always end up breaking them one way or another even though they seem more durable than many other phones. I didnät need half of the functions they had, but they were easy to use, had a good speaker and great cameras. At least compared to similar Nokias... Even the new N95 with a 5mp camera gets crappier results than the dated k800i. The k800i can replace a pocket camera in many situations since it has a proper flash and not one of those pathetic LED "flashes" nokia still puts on 800€ phones. A mediocre camera is useless so i'll just do without one.

I might just get an old phone like the 6310 or something.

I don't know if that classifies as a rant, but i kind of miss the times when i could name every single Nokia model wihtout thinking. That's not too many years ago, now they have a gazillion models because it is absolutely essential to have a GPS thingie, broadband and 50Gb of pr0n in your pocket. YOUR PHONE IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH, BUY A NEW ONE GODDAMNIT!!

Im listening to my stomach making noises, time for some food :)

Edit: Oooh... First post on the new page

Eeehheheeeeheheee!

Image

Tony The Beat singles. 12" limited editions with more remixes, normal 7" with another track from the same album and the yellow 7" with Rex The Dog remix. And in case youre wondering, it's Broken Social Scenes self titled album holding up the second sleeve

Btw. imageshack seems to do some pretty agressive sharpening while resizing pictures...

Time for some ad music 8)

Laura - Release Me (Saab TV commercial)

Jose Gonzalez - Heartbeats (Sony Bravia TV commercial)

Both artists are Swedish. Of course you knew it.

Just need to find who's behind this Bounty candy bar thingie where tattoos go over a purty gal's face. There's this L'Oreal (I guess) commercials, dozens of them, and every single one has this tune Breathe by Telepopmusik, it's just served in differet fashions, mixed, cut etc. Nice music, and you don't have to pay for every new tune for all your ads, cool.

Yeah i posted in that other topic some days ago. But the off-topic section is the most important section of the forums so we can't let it die! There can never be too much craptastic mumbo jumbo here.

I agree, it would be a lot better without Beyoncé.. :P

And im sure this thread will die pretty soon.. I have nothing more to learn from SPCR and my explanations to newbies tend to be over complicated or over simplified so i don't think i'll be keeping this thread alive either.

Music is beautiful and i am mad :) I just ordered 20 vinyls. In addition to about twenty CDs i orderd during the weekend.

Apulanta, St. Germain, Morcheeba, Nirvana, Doors, Calexico, Francine, The Decemberists, TV on the Radio, Arctic Monkeys, Depeche Mode, Mogwai, Peer Günt, Fiona Apple.....
