Radeon 9550

I just bought a Sapphire Radean 9550 128 Mb. It looks just like the 9600 pictured in this thread, except that
* It has no heatsink
* It has a fan
Grrr.

Since the 9550 is an underclocked 9600, it's got to be cooler, and is a fan really cheaper than a little HS?

Can somebody recommend a replacement cooling? I suppose the Arctic Cooling VGA Silencer would fit, but I would prefer to go fanless.

Zalman's new GPU cooler (seems at least) fanless?

For reference, the fan is very loud. At 5V it is fairly quiet, but audiable at close range.

It does not completely lack a heatsink, the edges aroud the fan is the HS.

I hope the Arctic Cooling VGA Silencer will fit.
