I just installed the Zalman on mine and it runs about 50C idle (36C case--summer is not being kind) and 80-100C load (highest I recorded, thanks to Rivatuner, was 105C. Never went above 96C on 3Dmark01 or 03). If this is normal, that's fine, but if not, I'd rather go ahead and get re-installation done with while the PC hasn't been had the cables zip-tied back in place

Aside from the overly tedious installation, I'm pretty happy with it, but can't find any info on temps. I used the grease that came with it, if it makes a difference--my Ceramique was nowhere to be found.
Edit: still couldn't find anything searching here or google, but decided it couldn't hurt to try a few things out.
It turns out I trusted the wrong screwdriver. using a Klein #2, I I got two more full rotations on the screws on the bottom HS! Now the temps peak at 80C, and I know 9800s generally get into the 70s, so that's closer to the mark.
