Choosing between integrated video. Plz Help!

Does anyone have any experience with Via's integrated video on the KM400?

I'm looking for a motherboard with integrated video for school. Right now I'm debating between Asus A7N8X-VM ($120 CDN) and Asrock K7VM4 ($70 CDN)

I only do occassional gaming so a fast video card is not that important to me, but it would definitely be nice.

So is the integrated graphics card on the KM400 just slow, worst than my current integrated gf2mx on my nforce1?

Any comments/opinions/suggestions?
