Vm-101 + 6600gt AGP...any chance in hell?

will these two parts work together?
i plan to invert the motherboard, so space behind the gpu is not a problem, what scares me more is the AGP>PCI bridge and the 45 degrees angled GPU on the card.
from the vm-101 pictures i can't tell, but is there any way i can mount the heatstink as on a PCI-E board and not have problems with it heatwise? [GPU will sit angled underneath the base of the VM-101.
