Revoltec Graphic Freezer Pro, anyone tried?

I have seen this test:

and it doesnt seem like a match for the VF900 but I guess it should be quieter than the VF700 at 12V... still a little bit bulky though...

I think it looks like quite an interesting product. I wonder if it can cool a X1900XT with silence comparable to my current and rather bulky set up?
